Terms and Conditions

  1. Applications
    1. Applications must be submitted by the closing date 30th November 2025.
      1. Late applications may be submitted subject to availability.
    2. Applications must be fully paid by the closing date 30th November 2025.

    3. Certification will use the name as provided on the application.
      1. Name of presentee is optional on certification.
    4. £10.00 non-refundable charge is required per performer.
    5. Junior performers must be between 5 to 16 years of age, at the time of showcase.
      1. Incorrect/false applications will be terminated and non-refundable.
      2. Junior performers must be presented by an adult/school (presentee).
  2. Performance
    1. Performers are required to perform at least one piece on the piano provided, up to two pieces.
    2. Sheet music can be used as long as it does not infringe copyright laws. It is the sole responsibility of the presentee to ensure the performer/s meet all requirements.
  3. Cancellation
    1. In the event of a showcase cancellation, a full refund will be offered.
    2. If a performer fails to attend/perform, they will not be entitled to any refund/reimbursement.
  4. Health and Safety.
    1. All persons present must adhere to health and safety rules and protocols set forth by the venue.
    2. Children under the age of 18 must not be left unattended.
  5. Agreement
    1. By registering and/or participating, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set.
    2. By registering and/or participating, you are agreeing to our privacy policy.
