Registration

Who can register as a performer?

Students or learners may register as a performer. Professional pianists are not permitted to perform.

Performers under 18 years old must be registered by an adult.

Who can present the performer?

A parent, guardian, responsible adult, music teacher (over the age of 18) or a music school can present a junior performer (under 16).

How much does it cost to register a performer?

It costs £10 to register a performer. Payments are only requested once applications are approved. Registrations and payment must be received before closing date 30th November 2025. Late submissions may be entered subject to availability. An invoice will only be sent upon successful registration.

Requirements

What is required from the performer?

All performers are required to perform at least ONE piece. Up to 2 pieces can be submitted with registration. Piece/s will be confirmed once the programme has been finalised to maintain fair performance length, equal opportunity and to ensure no repeated performances.

Can the performer use sheet music?

Yes, sheet music can be used as long as it does not infringe copyright laws. Page turning assistance is also available.

Showcase Day

What is required on the day of the showcase?

Please arrive 15 minutes before the showcase starts and remain until the showcase certifications have been presented.
Performers are suggested to dress in formal attire.
Spectators will be charged £5 per person upon arrival (children under 5 free).

Please turn all devices to ‘silent mode’ for the duration of the showcase.

A responsible adult (aged 18+) must be present with children (performers and/or spectators under 18 years old). Children must not be left unattended.

Water is provided for all performers and spectators.

Photo opportunities are permitted after the showcase.
